Dear network users – present and future, we are informing you that starting from the first of June the conditions for the activation according to agreement tariffs (Postpaid) have been modified, but the tariffs have not been changed. According to agreement activation is possible now for all users-tourists and foreigners. The only restriction for the tourists is obligatory payment of the total cost of equipment, without discount. For users who are not willing to pay for our services during the whole year, there are tarrifs for a payment in advance (Prepaid). In accordance with the law the new tariffs will come into force one month after the publication- on the first of July 2013.
